GridMakerPro.com is operated by Sujith Puthran in India under Artistic Masterclass. In this policy, “we” means the operator. Contact: support@gridmakerpro.com.

This policy covers the website and its browser-based tools. The native Android app has a separate app privacy policy.

Your reference photos and artwork stay in your browser while you use our tools. We do not upload them to our servers or include their image content in analytics. We use website analytics to understand visits and tool usage, and we receive information you choose to provide when subscribing or contacting us.

1. Reference photos and artwork

When you select a reference photo, our tools read and process it on your device. Editing, grids, previews and image exports do not require uploading your artwork to our servers. We do not keep a server-side library of your reference photos, drawings or exports, and we do not use that artwork for advertising, resale or AI training.

Downloads are saved through your browser. If you choose to share, print, back up a downloaded file or send an image to support, that action can provide the file to another service or to us. Those voluntary actions are separate from using the image editor.

2. Browser storage

The website uses storage on your device to remember tool settings, presets, recent overlays and workspaces. It can keep up to five recently opened images in the browser's local database so you can reopen them without selecting the original file again. These local image copies are not uploaded as part of that storage.

You can remove this data by clearing site data for gridmakerpro.com in your browser. Doing so also removes locally saved work and preferences. Recent entries may be replaced as you open more images, and your browser may clear local storage. Downloads and files saved elsewhere must be managed separately.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use analytics to count visits and returning browsers, understand which pages and tools are used, measure performance and find confusing or broken interactions. Analytics involves collection of usage information; it is separate from processing your reference photos.

Our analytics services can receive page URLs and referrers, timestamps, session duration, clicks, scrolling, tool events, browser and device information, performance or error information, and cookie or browser identifiers. Network requests expose an IP address to the receiving service, and providers may derive an approximate region. These identifiers and usage records can be personal information even though they do not contain your reference photos.

Session replay reconstructs website interactions such as clicks, scrolling and changes to the page. Our replay configuration excludes image editing and print surfaces and masks input fields to keep reference-image content and typed inputs out of those recordings. It does not record your webcam or microphone.

The website loads analytics automatically. Analytics providers may use cookies or browser storage to distinguish sessions and returning browsers. We use their reports to improve the website; we do not provide your reference-photo content to these providers. Each provider also explains its data handling in the linked policy.

You can use a content blocker that blocks these services or adjust browser privacy settings. Blocking third-party cookies alone may not stop all analytics requests or first-party identifiers. Clearing cookies can reset an identifier but does not delete records already received by a provider. The image tools do not depend on analytics to work.

4. Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting and delivery providers handle requests needed to serve and protect the website. Their logs may include IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps, referrers, response codes and security events. We use relevant technical information for availability, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. These requests do not include the contents of reference images opened locally in the tools.

5. Newsletter and support

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send your email address and the signup page or source to Kit, formerly ConvertKit, to manage the subscription and deliver emails. Kit processes subscription, delivery and related technical information; email engagement information may also be processed depending on email settings. See the Kit Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or contact us.

If you email us, we receive your address, message, any name you provide and attachments you choose to include. Our email provider processes that correspondence. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot issues and maintain relevant support records. No account or newsletter subscription is required to use the image tools.

6. Who receives information

The analytics providers above receive website usage information. Hosting providers process technical requests and logs, Kit handles voluntary newsletter subscriptions, and our email provider handles correspondence. These services may process information outside your country under their applicable policies and agreements.

We do not sell your reference photos or artwork. We may disclose information we hold where required by law or necessary to address abuse, fraud or legal claims. Selecting an external link, sharing a file or emailing an attachment can also provide information to the destination you choose.

7. Retention and security

Local work is retained as described in section 2. Analytics events, session replays and technical logs are retained according to the relevant service and project settings for measurement, troubleshooting and security. Durations vary by data type and provider; contact us for information about records relevant to your request.

We retain subscription information while needed to deliver the newsletter and manage subscription preferences. An unsubscribe or suppression record may remain to prevent further mail. Support records are kept while needed to handle requests, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. We review and delete information we control when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

The website uses HTTPS. Access to administrative accounts and support records is restricted to operating the service. No website, storage system or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

8. Your choices and requests

You can clear browser storage, block analytics services, unsubscribe from email and choose whether to send support messages. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict processing.

Contact support@gridmakerpro.com. We may need limited information to identify relevant records and verify your request. Analytics is often associated with a browser identifier rather than a name or email, so an email address alone may not identify a visit. We will explain any identification or retention limits and respond within the time required by applicable law.

We cannot retrieve or delete reference images stored only in your browser; you control those copies through browser settings. Requests concerning information independently controlled by a provider may need to be made to that provider.

9. Children and young users

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of online services and any newsletter signup, sharing or support message. Local image processing does not remove the website usage collection described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes and contact
