Privacy Policy — Grid Maker Pro Android App

Grid Maker Pro: AR Art Tracing, Android package com.gridmakerpro.app, is developed by Sujith Puthran in India and published under Artistic Masterclass. In this policy, “we” means the developer. Contact: support@gridmakerpro.com.
This policy covers the native Android app, including testing releases. Visits to gridmakerpro.com are covered by our separate website privacy policy.
1. Your photos, drawings and recordings
Reference-image editing, grids, tracing, contour generation, coloring pages, paint-by-number templates, collages, image splitting, mandalas and exports run on your device. The contour model is included with the app; it does not send images to a cloud AI service. We do not receive your artwork for advertising, resale or AI training.
Camera frames are used for the tracing view and local surface tracking. Recordings — in real time or as a time-lapse — are written as MP4 files on your device. A recording is silent unless you turn the microphone on for that take. When you do, the app asks for microphone permission and records sound into the same file; the reference image and grids stay on your screen and are not part of a camera recording. Recordings stay on your device until you choose to share them or save them to your gallery.
When you choose to share or print, the selected file is passed to the app or print service you select. Gallery copies may be backed up by services you have enabled on your phone. Those destinations apply their own privacy practices. If you email a photo or screenshot to support, we receive that attachment with your message.
2. Android permissions and access

The app requests microphone access only when you turn the microphone on for a recording, and the audio is written into that video file on your device — it is never uploaded to us. The app does not request location, contacts, SMS, call-log or advertising-ID permissions. You can review and change runtime permissions in Android Settings.
3. Google Play Services for AR
Automatic surface anchoring uses Google Play Services for AR (ARCore), provided by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google may require this service to be installed or updated.
During ARCore use, Google collects account identifiers when signed in, or device identifiers when signed out, along with AR API usage, performance and diagnostic information. Google uses this information to operate, measure and improve AR experiences. See Google's ARCore data disclosures.
This app does not use Cloud Anchors or the Geospatial API, the ARCore features that send scene video to Google. Manual camera tracing is also available without automatic ARCore surface anchoring.
4. Purchases and Pro access
Where in-app purchases are available, Google Play processes payments and RevenueCat manages purchase validation and Pro access. The app contacts these services to check access, load prices and plans, and complete or restore purchases. Checks may occur when the app starts, even if you do not make a new purchase.
RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app identifier, purchase tokens and history, subscription or entitlement status, and technical device and platform information. Network requests also expose an IP address to the receiving service. These records support access management and purchase reporting. We do not send RevenueCat your reference photos, name, email or advertising ID. We do not receive your payment-card details.

5. Accounts, advertising and usage information
You do not need a Grid Maker Pro account to edit images. The native Android app does not embed the website's Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or PostHog tracking, and it does not run advertising SDKs. Purchase records and Google's AR service information are still collected as described above.
If you open our website from the app, that browser visit follows the website's privacy policy. Your artwork is not automatically attached to that visit.
6. Local storage and retention
The app stores settings, presets, saved workspaces, reference originals and previews, recent images, collage and mandala drafts, exports and recordings in app storage. Recent items and caches may be replaced as you use the app. Saved work remains until you remove it or clear the app's data.
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes app-owned copies. Gallery copies, shared files and backups made by other services must be managed separately. App-data backup is disabled in the Android app configuration. Editable workspace links contain grid settings and omit reference photos.
Purchase information is retained as needed to provide and restore paid access, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Google controls retention of its AR service data under its privacy policy. Deleting local app data does not automatically delete records held by Google or RevenueCat.
7. Support, service providers and security
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you provide. Our email provider processes that correspondence. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests, and retain it for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations.
Google, RevenueCat and our email provider process the information described in this policy. Their infrastructure may be outside your country. We may disclose information we hold where required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights. We do not sell your artwork.
Purchase communications use HTTPS/TLS, and Google documents encryption in transit for ARCore data on supported Play devices. Android's app storage and permission controls help protect local files. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can revoke camera access, delete app-local work, clear app data, choose manual tracing, and decide whether to share files or purchase Pro access. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Uninstalling the app or requesting data deletion does not cancel a subscription.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict processing. Send requests to support@gridmakerpro.com. We may ask for the minimum information needed to identify the relevant purchase or correspondence and verify the request. Do not send payment-card details or reference photos to verify identity.
We can handle requests concerning records we control, including directing deletion of relevant RevenueCat records, subject to necessary retention. Google handles requests concerning its own account, payment and AR service records. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Children and young users
The app does not create child accounts or collect age profiles. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases, sharing and support messages. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
