3. No User Accounts Required

Grid Maker Pro does not require users to create accounts or provide personal information to use the Service.

You may use Grid Maker Pro completely anonymously. We do not collect email addresses, usernames, passwords, or other identifying information as part of normal service use.

• Engage in activities that could harm, disable, or overburden the Service
• Remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices or branding

4.2 Responsible Use

While we don't monitor your use of Grid Maker Pro (images are processed client-side), you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

6. User Content & Privacy

6.1 No Image Storage

We do NOT store, collect, or have access to images you process using Grid Maker Pro. All image processing happens locally in your browser using JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas.

6.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images you choose to upload and process. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the images you process
• Your use of images does not violate any third-party rights
• Your images do not contain illegal or prohibited content
• You comply with all applicable laws regarding the images

6.3 Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Grid Maker Pro, you consent to our privacy practices.

7. No Warranties & Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

8.1 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, internet failures, government actions, or natural disasters.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Since we do not store user data or images, there is no content to retrieve or delete upon termination.

14. Miscellaneous
